KIND-of Granola Bars
Note: these bars are a little more savory than sweet.
ingredients:

1/2 cup honey
1/8 cup molasses1.5
1 tbl tumeric
1 teas vanilla extract
1 teas cinnamon
1 teas nutmeg2.
1 cup oats
1 cup almonds, whole
1/2 cup cashews
1/2 cup dried goji berries
1/8 cup chia seeds
2 tbl flax meal
1 bar 70% dark chocolate, broken up into small piecesPreheat oven to 350 degrees.
Heat honey and molasses in a pan until runny. Meanwhile, mix all ingredients in #2 in a large bowl. Add ingredients in #1.5 to honey/molasses mixture and stir. Add into oat mixture bowl to combine.
Cover a rectangular baking dish (10 x 15) with foil and spray with coconut oil baking spray. Turn out mixture into pan and press it down.
Bake for 20 – 25 minutes. Let cool, then cut into bars. Place in plastic container.
