200 Hour Yoga Alliance Teacher Trainings

In order to become a Registered Yoga Teacher, you must complete a 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training through a Registered Yoga School with Yoga Alliance. These entry-level trainings are designed to get you familiar with the concepts of yoga postures, sequencing, philosophy, teaching methodology and practice.

Having led, assisted and been a student in eight trainings with 1,000 hours of certified training under her wing, Jesi developed a cohesive training program covering the full body of yoga, the evolution of modern yoga, and anatomy primers to keep new teachers and their students safe.
