Vinyasa Yoga Flow – 20 min.
Ground yourself into the day with this 20 minute yoga flow. Sun Salutations A and a bit of B (with some added flair). Keep your vinyasa flowing by adding the Balance and Core after for a complete workout. Make sure to take rest after!
Vinyasa Yoga Balance – 10 min.
Working on creating balance in your life with this 10 minute flow. Poses are shown using a block as a prop in triangle and half moon, but they are not necessary. When balancing on one foot, keep a micro-bend in that knee to avoid injury. Make sure to do both sides to stay balanced!

Vinyasa Yoga Core – 4 min.
This sequence is super awesome to do once, or several times in a row. Try traditional headstand against the wall by taking child’s pose facing the wall, then setting up your hands one foot away from the wall.
Vinyasa Freedom Flow – 4 min.
Time to practice those arm balances!
