Stimulate your senses with a breath-taking view that offers more than just a pretty backdrop; it also makes you feel better inside and out with a transcendent experience of discovery. Feel the lull of turquoise waves, while nestled in rich, green foliage at the luxury, hill-top resort of Sugar Ridge.

You will be led by Jesi Young, founder of PureJoy Yoga in California and an international yoga teacher with over 1,000 hours of certified training in the Hatha-Vinyasa traditions. Inspirational and invigorating morning classes to start your day on the property, followed by free time to visit town, the beach, or escape poolside. Inhale peace & sigh relief with nightly restorative and yin classes where you unwind before retiring to your decadent room.

All inclusive, 5 Night Stay at Sugar Ridge Resort on the island of Antigua. Airport transportation (included) brings you to the resort overlooking Jolly Harbour with views of the pristine Caribbean waters. Enjoy two yoga classes per day at The Shed (@yogaantigua), spend time in the infinity pool surrounded by plush, tropical mountainscapes, and get whisked away to beach as often as you choose. Retreat includes a special excursion to English Harbour and yoga at O-Chill. Our final night together, we’ll indulge in local cuisine at Papa Zouk’s (known for their fresh seafood) and return to the property for a special Sound Healing : Crystal Bowl Sound Bath with Janis Hough.
